Digital products
All digital products can receive a refund within 15 days from the purchase, provided there are technical issues that make the product unusable and that this is notified to the seller in time. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
At the moment of the refund, the Beneficiary or initial Buyer loses all rights regarding the use of the product and all the support it might come associated with. Redistributing or reselling this product is illegal and unless stated otherwise, even the purchase does not grants the right for the product to be used for any personal gain or to sell directly or through a third party.
Services
All services that are subject to a refund whilst the service has started being delivered will only receive a partial reimbursement. If this is not the case, all services will be reimbursed fully if the request is done before any implementation happens.
The refund for coaching services will only be granted for sessions that have not been used out of a package. At the moment of the refund, the Buyer will receive the difference between the total amount paid for the package (if multiple sessions bought) and the session already used from the acquired package. However the price of the used sessions will loose any discounts that might have come with the purchase and will be calculate to the raw price/ session listed in the offer or on the website.
Consulting services will only be refunded if the request for refund is done prior to delivering any consulting materials. Any consulting hours will also be reduced from the initial payment.
Trainings can be canceled with a refund only within the first 14 days after the signing of a contract, provided that no work was already done on the course materials. Otherwise, this service will receive no refund.
